Business development officer

Help grow PacMtn’s impact through partnerships, public investment, and identifying funding opportunities that support workforce priorities and new initiatives. This senior, externally-facing role also helps design and scale an integrated services model aligned with the Center for Working Families framework.

  • Builds relationships with elected officials and cross-sector partners
  • Identifies, pursues, and secures diversified funding (public and private)
  • Helps design and scale integrated services supporting economic mobility
  • Exempt | $90,177 – $122,000
