Meet Arissa De Lima, a finance and banking professional originally from Oahu, Hawaii, now thriving in Thurston County. With over 16 years in finance, Arissa’s journey from teller to branch manager showcases her dedication and expertise. Amidst the pandemic’s challenges, Arissa reevaluated her path, joining Pacific Mountain Workforce Development (PacMtn) in 2021 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. With PacMtn’s support, she now serves as Chief of Staff, Board Liaison, and Equal Opportunity Officer, contributing significantly to the region.
Arissa’s commitment extends beyond work. Engaged in Leadership Thurston County, she aims to understand and address community needs. A devoted parent and grandparent, Arissa cherishes family time, whether cheering at sports events or enjoying meals and games together.
