PacMtn utilizes system data to inform practice and strategy to maximize workforce development resources within a five-county region in Washington State. PacMtn collaborates with system partners to access labor market and economic data to provide insights on employment, wages, and demographics in connection with education data to facilitate job seeker skill and development to employer needs.

Our Mission is to ensure that job seekers are prepared for high-quality, in-demand careers. PacMtn does this by aligning business need with training opportunities, promotion of education-to-career learning pathways, work-based learning, and region-specific, in-demand career opportunities.
