Born in Florida and moving to Washington at the age of 12, she faced early challenges, becoming a mother at 17 and leaving high school to work. Realizing the importance of education for her career, she later pursued and attained her High School Diploma in October 2022, inspired by the support she received through PacMtn's Work Experience (WEX) Adult Program.
