Craig Clark

Compliance Officer, EO and Special Projects

Craig Clark joined PacMtn 18.5 years ago, just 15 days after concluding his 16-year tenure as an HR Director with a large manufacturing company in Grays Harbor County. During his time there and through his management of recruitment and staff development for three locations, he became  a strong advocate for workforce development programs. Craig was very active in supporting and collaborating with PacMtn’s on numerous Workforce Development initiatives.

Craig began his journey with PacMtn at WorkSource Grays Harbor as a WIA program Dislocated Worker Counselor and motivational workshop facilitator. Throughout his career, he wore many hats and held various positions, allowing him to work at each PacMtn WorkSource location, including the PacMtn Administrative offices at the Satsop Business Park near Elma, WA. In November 2011, he took on the additional role of PacMtn’s local EO Officer.

Recognized for his talents, skills, and abilities, Craig received numerous advancements, promotions, and merit awards over the years. While he excelled in all his roles, his true passion lay in facilitating and delivering information through in-person workshops, training, coaching sessions, and safety presentations.

As Craig prepares for retirement, he looks forward to dedicating his time to his wife, personal interests, and passions, which include faith, personal growth, wellness, home hobbies, and property care. After more than 35 years of full-time employment, he admits he is also looking forward to some well-deserved personal R&R.

Craig feels incredibly fortunate to have worked alongside such dedicated, committed, and caring individuals. He attributes his success to the camaraderie and team culture at PacMtn and is grateful for the relationships and friendships he has built with community and WorkSource System partners, as well as his PacMtn family of coworkers. He will miss them all greatly.
