Office Support Specialist
Meet Christina Gorman, our dedicated Office Support Specialist at PacMtn. Christina’s journey is one of resilience and determination. Born in Florida and moving to Washington at the age of 12, she faced early challenges, becoming a mother at 17 and leaving high school to work. Realizing the importance of education for her career, she later pursued and attained her High School Diploma in October 2022, inspired by the support she received through PacMtn’s Work Experience (WEX) Adult Program. Christina joined us as a full-time employee in April 2023, bringing her enthusiasm and commitment to her role.
Christina thrives in her position, assisting in staff and board events, training sessions, and monitoring with our Chief of Staff and EO Officer, Arissa De Lima. Her goal is to ensure everyone feels welcome and accepted in our office, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. Christina values the opportunity to express her true self at PacMtn, which has helped her overcome personal barriers and reduce stress.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys being creative, spending time with family and friends (including her beloved fur babies), watching Disney movies, and savoring coffee. She lives by the mantra, “Just take a moment and BREATHE,” a reminder of the importance of mindfulness and balance in her busy life.
